CONDITIONS

TRANSFERS:

 

 

Prices for Private Transfers in or out,  in minivan with air conditioning ( 7 passengers max.).

 

All Taxes and Insurance in accordance with Portuguese law included.

 

Maximum luggage capacity: 4 Bags + 3 Handbags, please indicate the luggage in case of: golf clubs, surfboards, excess baggage, etc ... service subject to confirmation.

 

Baggage is the responsibility of the customer, this should be alert to the loading and unloading of their belongings.

 

In the case of children, please indicate the age and weight of the same, so we can provide the mandatory chairs by applicable law.

 

 

CITY TOURS:

 

 

Prices announced for City Private Tours, conducted from Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais in minibuses with air conditioning (8 passengers max. children inclusive.).

 

All Taxes and Insurance included in accordance with Portuguese law.

 

Unless otherwise indicated, the tickets are not included in the entries of monuments / museums / churches, lunch and personal expenses is also not included.

 

In the case of children, please indicate the age and height ( <12 yrs or < 1,35 mts ), for we provide the obligatory chairs by applicable law.

 

The City Tours are subject to alteration without notice.

 

The City Tours may be cancelled by the operator or Civil Protection, under very adverse weather conditions.

If the tour cannot be completed it will be rescheduled if the customer agrees or refunded the amount paid.

 

 

RESERVATIONS:

 

The reservation is required.

 

The reservation must be made 48 hours prior to service date.

 

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment or submission of proof of it.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

48 hours prior to booked date - no charge. After this deadline, no refunds.
