The Jeronimos Monastery

(Church visits are free; Monastery: 10€ pp or 12€ pp with the Belém Tower)
You will have the opportunity to go inside, visiting the different rooms of the monastery, the amazing cloister and admire a unique view of the Church from the high chorus.
 
The Monument to the Discoveries

(5€ pp adult; 2,5€ visitors over 65 yrs)
Right on the river front, a stylized caravel seems to be setting out to sea, with Henry the Navigator in its prow, a photographer's delight.
 
The Tower of Belém
If you want we can go inside to the top of the tower.
 
We leave Belém with the soft and sweet taste of the local custard tart to the mountains of Sintra, located just 25 minutes away.
 
Lunch on arrival (not included) and a light walk on the town center until we reach the enigmatic Quinta da Regaleira (ticket included), which is one of the most surprising places in Sintra.
 
Upon return we go down the mountain, towards the sea, by the furthest WestPoint on the European Continent the "Cabo da Roca", passing by the guincho beach until we reach the charming bay of Cascais city.
