DESCRIPTION:

When visiting the house José Maria da Fonseca (founded in 1834), stands to get closer to the essence of a Family wine producers with almost 200 years of history.

The route by House Museum begins with a brief explanation of the history of the company, followed by a visit to the ancient cellars: Wine Cellar "da Mata" and the Wine Cellar "dos Teares Novos", which matures, among others, the Periquita Wine and the Wine Cellar "dos Teares Velhos" , where lie the oldest Muscatel of Setúbal, some of which authentic relics over 100 years.

In the end, the visitor will be able to know and taste some of the wines produced by José Maria da Fonseca.
